Justin is originally from upstate New York, but has made Tyrrell County his home for over two decades. He has been employed at the NAPA Pledger Auto Parts store in downtown Columbia for 23 years. During that time, he has taken on many responsibilities in the business. Five years ago when the owner relocated to another part of the state, Justin became the Store Manager and continues to oversee the daily operations of the store. 

In his spare time, Justin enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 daughters, volunteering for the Tyrrell County Recreation Department as a coach as well as gardening, canning and beekeeping. Originally from a small town, Justin enjoys living and working in a small town and the sense of community it brings.
